Root & Thrive – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline how Root & Thrive provides coaching services, including functional breathing and wellbeing support, and how you agree to engage with them. By booking or participating in any service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services 

​

Root & Thrive Services, but not limited to:

  • Coaching sessions

  • Functional breathing support

  • Group coaching programmes

  • Workshops, talks and corporate wellbeing sessions

All services are designed to support your health, energy and everyday wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

 

Medical Disclaimer:


Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have concerns about your health, please consult a qualified medical professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. Booking & Payment

​

  • All sessions and programmes must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required upfront to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pricing is available on the Root & Thrive website or will be communicated directly.

 

Cancellation & Refunds:

​

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non‑refundable.

  • Group programmes and corporate services are non‑refundable once commenced.

 

4.  Your Responsibilities

​

By engaging with Root & Thrive, you confirm that:

​

  • You are over 18, or have consent from a parent/guardian.

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will follow any health, safety or practice recommendations provided.

  • You will not reproduce, distribute or share any materials from coaching sessions, programmes or corporate services without written permission.

 

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in line with our GDPR‑compliant Privacy Policy, available on the Root & Thrive website.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided through Root & Thrive coaching, programmes or corporate services remain the intellectual property of Root & Thrive. These materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared or sold without explicit permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

​

While Root & Thrive aims to deliver high‑quality, supportive services, you acknowledge that:

  • Results vary between individuals.

  • Root & Thrive is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from actions you take based on coaching guidance.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in question.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

​

Root & Thrive may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on the website and take effect immediately upon posting.

 

9. Governing Law

​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
